Troupes from across the world perform for spectactors during this famous Chinese Festival of Ancient Culture. The events take place in the beautiful setting of X'ian, one of China's Four Great Ancient Capitals and home to the fascinating Terracotta Army.
During the day, visitors can see all kinds of performances, including drumming, music, dancing and even Xi'an's ten different types of local opera. In the evening, the city's ancient city walls - dating back to the Ming dynasty - are illuminated with a spectacular lantern show.
